    Job DescriptionWe're rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships.     $80,000+ at plan earnings

    Responsibilities:
    • Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
    • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
    • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
    • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
    • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
    Qualifications:
    • One year of work experience in real estate
    • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
    • Team player who believes their success is the team's success
    • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
