Real Estate Sales Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist agents in managing daily tasks, be responsible for customer reception and initial consultation;
  • Preview and update inventory, assist with the preparation of listing presentations;
  • Ability to capture floor plans and photos as necessary; update photo library on time;
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, assist showing properties as a backup agent;
  • Maintain a longterm relationship with current and future property owners and property management Companies;
  • Coordinate all necessary paperwork and facilitate communication with property owners and management Company;
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, complete other work assigned by the company.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related fields;
  • Proven sales experience or real estate experience preferred;
  • Must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable speaking with people;
  • Must be authorized to working for any employers in the US;
  • Must be very familiar with social media;
  • Speak Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.

Pay:
$45, $168,000.00 per year
