    TomoCredit is a fintech startup based in downtown San Francisco. We issue the smartest consumer credit card which does not require a credit score for approval.     THE ROLE

    TomoCredit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for all Tomocredit products and experiences. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and management teams to execute on our vision to create a financial system that is open and accessible to everyone.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Work with a cross functional team to design new products that meet customer needs
    • Drive the product and business planning processes
    • Analyze customer needs, current market trends and potential partnerships
    • Define key metrics for the product and track and share these metrics within the organization
    • Own the product and metrics from inception to launch to growth
    • Launch innovative products that drive adoption
    • Understanding of FinTech ecosystem and designing products within legal and regulatory limitations
    • Assess current competitor offerings

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • 5+ years of product management experience
    • Bachelor's degree in product management, engineering, or related field
    • Strong product design, technical, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience developing product vision and go-to-market strategy.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to create product roadmaps from initial idea to launch.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
