- Manage selling effort, and time in your territory and identify development opportunities to meet sales targets
- Develop and implement your own sales plan aligned with company sales and marketing strategies
- Track sales growth and document activities and strategies using company CRM
- Be the face of the company and liaison between customers and corporate technical resources to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering the highest quality product
- BA/BS Degree or higher, ideally in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,
- Over 4 years of industry sales experience with capital equipment
- Experience in the process industry preferred
- Able to travel as needed
