    **LAX-Domestic Customer Service Representative**

    Commodity Forwarders Inc. is looking for a responsible experienced logistics professional to help coordinate the daily activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time constraints.

    The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who comes with a high level of integrity, is able to problem solve, can think on ones feet, can make good sound decisions, and possess the skill set of a good leader. Let us know if youre the one for the job.

    We are looking for a full-time Domestic Customer Service to fill within our Operations department. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $17 20/hr.

    **Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:**

    + Promote a customer friendly atmosphere

    + Arrange air bookings as requested by customers within the United States and Canada.

    + Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.

    + Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers needs are followed through.

    + Action billing tasks within the company guidelines.

    + Be responsive to other department and stations requests

    + Make sure all work adhere to the companys policy standards

    + Perform any other related duties

    **Education and Requirements:**

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check

    + 1 + years logistics experience is a plus

    + Logistics experience preferred

    + Domestic Airfreight background is a plus
