Description

REQUIRED:

  • Prior 2 years' experience scheduling surgeries/operations
  • Experience utilizing EPIC EMR system for scheduling and patient communications
  • Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with faculty, staff, administration, and patients
  • Ability to creatively integrate competing demands into a productive working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically, in a cheerful manger, with proper etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to use health system computer systems, and utilize the various resources and tools effectively
  • Ability to schedule surgeries accurately in a timely manner
  • Previous working knowledge of patient related policies and procedures
Skills Preferred

  • Experience utilizing EPIC EMR system
  • Experience working in a surgical clinic
  • Experience directly working with physicians
  • COVID19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required

Experience:

Patient Services Representative: 2 years (required)
- outpatient clinic or medical office setting: 2 years (preferred)

  • EPIC EMR system: 1 year (preferred)
