Overview:

Duties:


  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical scheduling
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Utilize medical terminology in daily tasks
  • Coordinate with various departments such as the ER for efficient patient care

Experience:


  • Proven experience in a medical office setting
  • Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in patient services
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in general office tasks

Job Types:
Contract, Temporary


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour


Experience:

Patient Services Representative: 2 years (preferred)
- outpatient clinic or medical office setting: 2 years (preferred)
