Job Location:8700 Beverly Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90048

  • Description:
  • This position is a A TEMP ROLE AND ON-SITE.
- *Must have SURGERY scheduling experience

SHIFT = 830am to 500pm (time may vary depending on dept need)
SCHEDULE = 5 days/week
DURATION = 13 weeks

  • REQUIRED:
  • Prior 2 years' experience scheduling surgeries/operations
  • Experience utilizing EPIC EMR system for scheduling and patient communications
  • Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
  • Ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with faculty, staff, administration, and patients
  • Ability to creatively integrate competing demands into a productive working environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically, in a cheerful manger, with proper etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to use health system computer systems, and utilize the various resources and tools effectively
  • Ability to schedule surgeries accurately in a timely manner
  • Previous working knowledge of patient related policies and procedures

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
