Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and process payments
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient checkin and checkout processes effectively

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience in administrative tasks within a healthcare or dental office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for front desk interactions

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
