Job Summary:
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and procedures efficiently
- Verify patient insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient checkin and checkout processes effectively
Skills:
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience in administrative tasks within a healthcare or dental office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for front desk interactions
Job Types:
