- Develop winning fragrances for mutual success of Firmenich and clients' brands
- Partner, guide and support all Fine Fragrance perfumers by bringing them: consumer trends and data; cross-category info; client white space opportunities; creative idea inspirations; collecting starting points
- Select submissions adapted to brief parameters and provide rationale and feed collection with updated and strategically selected ideas
- Incorporate maximum use of internal tools to practice informed creation, in particular Consumer Insights and Technical Innovation tools
- Detect and forecast future olfactive and product trends, including cross-category, with eye towards need for Fine Fragrance and Luxury/Niche brands.
- Participate to account strategy definition and execution (collaborate across functions: Marketing, Technical Innovation, CI, Perfumers, Sales) and be prepared to lead client presentations on olfactive strategy

- Strong communications, leadership and organizational skills. French Speaker is not necessary but is a plus.

- REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Fine Fragrance evaluation. Experience with Luxury/Niche brands and/or Global Accounts is a plus
