    We are seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Learning all Administrative Tasks throughout the office, including answering telephone, filing, mail prep, etc.
    • Provide daily administrative support for Project Managers and Field Operations
    • Responsible for distributing inter-office and field correspondence throughout the entire day
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies
    • Maintain office equipment
    • Compile and submit Project Closeout Documentation
    • Obtaining Bid Documentation, compiling information for RFPs and assembling proposals for submission
    • Submitting AIA or Freeform Invoices in either computer based systems, emails or mailings.
    • Daily filing of project documentation in both hard copy files and electronic files
    • Maintaining company electric address book

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years minimum experience in construction industry
    • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
    • Must have excellent listening skills
    • Must be a team oriented person
    • Must be deadline and detail-oriented
    • Must have strong organizational skills
    • Must be able to proof own work and learn from mistakes
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Must have strong computer skills (EXCEL, MICROSOFT OFFICE) and be willing to learn construction software
