The Administrative Assistant will meet with tenants to review HUD paperwork.Daily duties include answering phones, file, send paperwork to third party vendors, process bills, collect rent and work with elderly tenants.
Being bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position. Background check and drug screen required.This position does not offer health insurance or retirement benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (prefered)
- Customer service skills
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of Property leasing
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
- Legal administrative experience
- Understanding of Landlordtenant law
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing
- Sales skills
- Experience with OneSite software
- Conflict management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of Contracts
- Office experience
- Customer relationship management skills
- Property maintenance knowledge
- Data entry proficiency
- Filing skills
- Administrative experience
- Phone etiquette skills
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
