    Overview

    Position Details:
    This direct hire role is a full time Service Specialist and performs office services work in our very professional corporate Raleigh, NC office

    Hours will be full time M-F 8am - 5pm

    Benefits:

    No nights, no weekends

    Business professional dress code and standards are required

    Hourly Compensation:
    $ USD per hour

    Responsibilities

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Operating mailing, copy, scanning and fax equipment
    • Process/deliver all mail, FedEx, UPS in a timely manner throughout the office
    • Manage all conference rooms to ensure chairs are pushed in & conf room looks neat & organized
    • Set up-breakdown for office events - set up food, drinks, ice bucket & clean area after event
    • Must be comfortable lifting at least 35lbs, bending over, stocking shelves with materials
    • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude and have excellent attendance to work
    • Process all FedEx - UPS in a timely manner so packages are sent out same day
    • Ordering/manage all office and pantry supplies & stock areas on each floor daily
    • Fill office copiers each day with paper & make sure copier is fully functional
    • Participate in cross-training Maintaining all logs and reporting doc
