- Partners with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Video Central Station) to design and implement video monitoring solutions that meet the client's needs
- Muti- tasking is vital, must be able to resolve and remediate customers issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for ECAMSECURE and its services throughout the marketplace
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with all ECAMSECURE solutions.
- Support trade shows, networking, appointment setting, industry associations, referrals, and other lead generation techniques
- Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate ECAMSECURE value proposition meeting assigned matrix.
- Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity
- Coordinate client services with key company personnel, including Operations, and Finance.
- RFP management
