- Assist Store Manager with providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising techniques to drive store performance and maximize revenue.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, as well as trends in the luxury fashion industry, to enhance customer interactions and provide expert advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized attention and tailored recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms and participate in special events or fashion shows to promote the brand.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury fashion trends, designers, and products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
