Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join our team at Michelle Farmer Collaborate. As the Sales Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique store while maintaining the highest standard of customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury fashion retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist Store Manager with providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Create and foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising techniques to drive store performance and maximize revenue.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, as well as trends in the luxury fashion industry, to enhance customer interactions and provide expert advice.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring personalized attention and tailored recommendations.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms and participate in special events or fashion shows to promote the brand.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent knowledge of luxury fashion trends, designers, and products.
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficient in using retail management systems and POS software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
