    Description

    The Administrative Assistant is expected to lead the administrative workings of the office environment as well as assist in sales support, travel planning, shipping, and customer support. The Administrative Assistant must present a positive, professional, and friendly face to our customers, vendors, and employees as well as become a trusted member of the Corporate team

    Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Two or more years of experience in a similar administrative role preferred but not required. Must have strong skills with MS Office Products, be highly computer literate, and have a good phone presence. Must have strong communication and team working skills as well as the ability to take initiative and operate on their own in a fast paced, independent, and flexible way. Attention to detail and proofreading work is a must.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative:

    Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors

    Manage calendars/meetings, and travel arrangements

    Manage domestic and international shipping and logistics

    Provide administrative support to other office staff, as needed

    Conference management

    Manage vacation request and per diem tracking

    IT/Phones management (POC for Marc Burns)

    Managing filing system for accounting, customer records, etc.

    Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing

    Coordinating events, as needed

    Manage office needs and keep common areas organized

    Bank deposits and mail pickup regularly

    Track and coordinate company vehicle maintenance

    Manage employee expense reports and expense reconciliation

    All administrative tasks as needed

    Sales Support:

    CRM Management

    Provide the sales team assistance with getting appointments scheduled

    Oher sales support as needed

    Perform other support duties, as assigned
