- Manage the front desk and provide administrative support to church personnel
- Answer phone inquiries and manage incoming mail
- Maintain the church database to ensure accuracy of records
- Update and maintain the church calendar
- Prepare weekly bulletins
- Attend to visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain filing systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of church operations, policies, and regulations is a plus
