    Job Summary:
    We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant for a part-time position (on-site Monday-Thursday) with our client in Charlotte, NC
    The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Manage the front desk and provide administrative support to church personnel
    • Answer phone inquiries and manage incoming mail
    • Maintain the church database to ensure accuracy of records
    • Update and maintain the church calendar
    • Prepare weekly bulletins
    • Attend to visitors and provide assistance as needed
    • Maintain filing systems
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
    Requirements and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in administrative roles
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of church operations, policies, and regulations is a plus
