    Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    2. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
    3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
    4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and employees.
    5. Maintain office filing and organization systems.
    6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    7. Provide general administrative support to team members as requested.
    8. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
    9. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    6. Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
    7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    8. High school diploma
