    Length: 6+ month Assignment

    Pay: $18/hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Contracts Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and management of contracts, from negotiation to completion. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders, contributing to the smooth operations and growth of our business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with landowners and route questions they may have to the proper department.
    • Receive, organize, and prepare mail for routing and/or signatures.
    • Maintain a comprehensive contract database, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and renewals.
    • Data entry and responsible data integrity of Asset Management system for lease contracts.
    • Work closely with internal departments as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Maintain management of electronic repository and file room for contracts.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (2 years) in customer service and data entry or a related role.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
    • Familiarity with telecommunications or infrastructure industry (preferred).
    • Notary Public certification (preferred)
