    Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    This role will involve various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office and support our team members in their day-to-day responsibilities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
    Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages
    Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
    Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
    Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
    Assist with document preparation, including typing, formatting, editing, and proofreading
    Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
    Assist with data entry and record keeping
    Provide general administrative support to team members as needed


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
    Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
    Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
