    Job Summary

    Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager with a focus on running multiple payrolls for a portfolio of companies.

    The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple companies within the portfolio, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, tax laws, and employment regulations, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Must be comfortable wearing many operational hats as well as believe in the power of collaboration
    Position Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, including collecting and reviewing time and attendance data, calculating wages and salaries, and processing payroll accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding payroll, taxes, and labor standards and participate in internal and external audits.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including changes in salary, benefits, deductions, and personal information.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, and other ad hoc reports as required by management and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments such as HR, finance, and accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions and information and stay informed with industry trends.
    • Prepare payroll journal entries for all BU and departments, including salary, hourly, PTO, 401K, medical & dental benefits, and bonus accruals, including the relief of the accruals with payments.
    • Responsible for improving the process by which the journal entries are posted into the general ledger systems from the payroll system.
    • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance on bonus accruals and payments.
    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Minimum of [5] years of experience in payroll administration, with a proven track record of payroll management and leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
    • Experience working with payroll software and systems - Proficiency in ADP, Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Professional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
    The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.

    ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level.

    The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    National Pay Range
    $90,000-$110,000 USD
    The starting hourly pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
