- Efficiently process payroll with accuracy and timeliness using NetSuite ERP.
- Manage timecards and ensure proper completion and approval.
- Complete year-end reporting such as W-2 and W-2c accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate data in the Paycor HRIS system and handle employee record setup and changes.
- Interpret pay policies and ensure correct calculations and deductions.
- Stay updated with federal and state payroll requirements and laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings and set up new accounts with agencies.
- Maintain employee demographic data in stock option systems.
- Coordinate internal audits and insurance renewals.
- Ensure timely funding and reconciliation of benefits and 401k.
- Bachelor's degree with 2 + years of payroll experience or 4 + years of professional payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of Excel and able to utilize Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF.
- Full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience, preferably with Paycor HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits.
- Understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proactive in staying updated with pay practices and regulations.
- CPP designation preferred.
