    We are seeking a candidate for Business Development Manager; join our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Create new connections and relationships to further company growth.
    • Cold calls and lead development.
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
    • Establish sales goals and metrics.
    • Resolve escalated customer complaints and be a problem solver.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in business development, networking, sales or other related fields
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
