    Job Description

    Are you a self-motivated multitasker who enjoys engaging with people? We are in search of a cheerful and professional Customer Service Representative, either part-time or full-time, to embody the welcoming image of our establishment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, dependable, and adaptable.

    Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, customers, and their pets at our modern facility, handling calls and emails, managing mail, setting appointments, completing daily office duties, and supporting various operations in a dynamic setting.

    We are looking for a fantastic communicator with a strong work ethic, someone who is eager to fill a meaningful role within a diverse and supportive team.

    Compensation:

    $16 - $19 per hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle all inbound calls and emails, ensuring prompt delivery of relevant information to the appropriate recipients
    • Greet colleagues, clients, and visitors, providing necessary information and guidance upon their arrival
    • Support administrative tasks like data entry, document processing, and client correspondence via various channels
    • Demonstrate clear communication in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
    • Readily adapt to changes and challenges
    • Show care and eagerness in assisting clients, colleagues, and pets under our care
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification
    • Prior experience with word processing software and basic Windows proficiency
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
    • Proficient in handling telephone communications and remaining composed under pressure
    • Preferably 1+ year experience in a fast-paced reception or veterinary environment
    • Capable of managing multiple digital communication platforms
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently
    • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
    • Flexible, adaptable, and always ready to help both clients and colleagues
