Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional assistance or information
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions to customers
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone
