Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous EPIC experience a plus, yet willing to train.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment including computer, phone, fax and printer.
- Convey enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to drive to all Valley Eye locations to support department.
- Ability to work as a dedicated team member.
Duties Include:
- Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling patient appointments.
- Checking in and registering patients obtaining all necessary paperwork and signatures from the patients.
- Scanning insurance cards into EMR.
- Collecting copayments.
- Making follow up appointments.
- Answering telephone calls promptly and in a professional manner.
- Directing telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Entering telephone encounters into the EMR and/or messaging Technicians or Doctors.
- Update patient recalls as necessary.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
- Green Bay, WI: Relocate before starting work (required)
