Mariah Boye

I am a dedicated Human Resources Management graduate from UW Oshkosh, and I currently work as a Human Resources Representative for Fincantieri Marine Group. I pride myself on always bringing my best work to the table. I can demonstrate excellent time management skills by prioritizing and completing multiple tasks within an allotted time. I can participate in effective communication skills to not only staff, but customers as well. 

Some of my accomplishments include: graduating early with my Bachelors degree, being on the Dean's list for my entire college career, getting a persuasive article published in multiple newspapers, and being sought out by my college to tutor other students in multiple subjects.

Human Resources Representative - Talent Acquisition 

• Led full cycle recruiting for 20+ positions at a time with 50+ active candidates in the process at any given time
• Controlled the hiring process for each candidate which involved screening resumes, conducting the initial phone screens, scheduling complex interviews to fit managerial needs, creating/presenting approved offers, and negotiating offers
• Communicated daily with hiring managers of all levels to ensure efficient and compliant hiring practices while selecting the ideal candidate 
• Planned and presented trainings for 100+ managers to inform them of the proper and compliant way to go through the hiring process
• Utilized a variety of sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, as well as niche sources such as temp agencies and universities
• Attend career fairs and conferences to promote the company and open positions in hopes of attracting diverse and qualified candidates
