    Description
    We are looking for a full-time sales account manager. Primary responsibilities include selling exhibit space and sponsorships for tradeshows for association events within the healthcare sector.
    Selling exhibit space by telephone, email, and in-person.
    Generating and nurturing new sales leads.
    Weekly and monthly reporting on sales closed, pipeline, and Salesforce activities.
    Communicating with association clients to provide sales status updates and summaries of exhibitor feedback.
    Traveling for onsite sales and for prospecting at industry events.
    Maintaining a working knowledge of the industry.

    Qualifications:
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Working knowledge of or another CRM application.

    Education and/or Experience:
    2-3 years exhibit, sponsorship and/or advertising sales experience or medical/pharmaceutical sales experience.
    Knowledge of the healthcare field and/or sales experience with medical meetings preferred.
    HS diploma or equivalent; College degree is a plus.

    Travel Required: 25%
