- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.

- Provide Business Development training to company employees.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Helps to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
- Researches and identifies new markets.
- Maintain the company's business development pipeline.
- Identifies conferences, trade shows and sponsorship opportunities.
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Conducts webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.
- Travels to vendor locations, distribution centers, and other locations.
- Helps direct development of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years' sales or marketing experience
- 3-5 years' supervisory or management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to the federal contracting sector.

- The salary for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 annually
