Ravago is looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales of our Fermented Beverage customers in the Central & South Coast (Temecula Valley support) regions.
The ideal candidate resides in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, or Monterey, CA.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
Identify and qualify new leads and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in wineries, breweries and cideries.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to potential and existing customers.
Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding product application, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., oenology, viticulture, food science) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the wine industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the winemaking process and the technical challenges faced by wineries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
