Your responsibilities:

Managing and leading the team
Responsible for the entire financial accounting (including accounts receivable and payable)
Active involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
Preparation of audit documents and acting as a contact person for auditors and tax advisors
Creation of management, closing, and financial reports and analyses
Ensuring timely processing of tax declarations
Responsible for general administrative tasks

Your background:

Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/finance or a similar qualification
Several years of professional experience in accounting and financial principles, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Preferably, you already have experience in leading a team
Passion for numbers and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English
