    B V L G A R I is seeking an Account Executive to manage the Development of business partner networks with a focus on Independents under the supervision of our Vice President of Wholesale and Travel Retail.

    The Account Executive is a critical link between Bulgari and the business partners, providing strategic sales support, strong customer service, training and overall business management to ensure product sell-through and image enhancement at the retail level.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    · Support the implementation of the brand strategy in region under direction of the Vice President.

    · Build actions and strategies with business partners to develop sales growth

    · Manage and drive sell-in and sell-out for watch categories, including high end development

    · Provide excellent partnership and customer service to retail partners

    · Prepare analysis and business presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews, market visits and Watch weeks

    · Merchandise retailer assortment for success constantly re assessing potential

    · Maintain visual standards and ensure adherence year round

    · Organize and conduct training sessions for each partner in the territory

    · Work trade shows and attend sales meetings for the region

    · Manage assigned travel budget

    · Work with accounts receivable to ensure receipts are timely & support business potential

    · Provide market intelligence in territory and maintain relationships with potential retail partners

    · Support and host events/trunk shows for Wholesale network as needed

    · Partner with Marketing, Training, Merchandising and Distribution teams to ensure high level of support with business partners

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    · 7+ years of experience in a similar role

    · Must be able to travel, at least, 60% of time

    · College degree or equivalent years of related work experience

    · Department Store and/or Specialty Store account experience is a requirement

    · Excellent problem solving skills and solution-oriented

    · Strong ability to take initiative and ownership of projects

    · Agility and ability to react quickly with strong sense of urgency

    · Aptitude to develop strong relationships built on respect and trust

    · Demonstrated negotiation skills and robust analytical skills

    · Strong excel and power point skills are mandatory, word proficiency
