    Legal/ Administrative Assistant

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Legal/ Administrative Assistant to join our San Diego office. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes direction well but is also not afraid to seek clarification and ask questions when appropriate.

    This is a fully on-site role at our San Diego office.

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    $24.00-$27.00/hour

    Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

    Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer paid health, dental, and vision plans, childcare reimbursement, a transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Prepare attorney bar applications.
    • Assist with drafting forms for attorney state bar admissions.
    • Assist with the drafting forms for federal court admissions.
    • Provide support to employees utilizing Egencia for work-related travel.
    • Collaborate with Executive Assistant team and Marketing team in event coordination.
    • Review and edit expense reports.
    • Process mail and billing items.
    • Submit mail requests.
    • Process scans of outgoing mail.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work daily in office.
    • Highly proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Suite products including: Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Ability to think independently and have strong researching skills.
    • A successful candidate will be detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
