Position Overview:


We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a supportive role for our Operations and Marketing departments.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient office operations and accurate data management to facilitate the smooth functioning of our dynamic engineering firm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Handle incoming communications, including answering and directing phone calls.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and executing social media updates, management, and content creation.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, both internal and external.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as determined by management.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Experience with marketing support and social media management is a plus.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in digital and social media marketing strategies for servicebased companies is advantageous.
