    Job Description and Duties

    This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

    The Staff Services Branch is seeking an organized, multitasking self-starter, with the initiative and ability to work independently.

    The Analyst will be responsible for completing data collection and analysis for workload and forecasting duties for the Operations Division.

    The incumbent will design, develop, prepare, analyze, identify issues, and recommend solutions for division reports, such as Forecasting, ABC, Base Budget, Speechmaker, Time Workload, and others; and will analyze workload costing such as personnel and Operating Expenses, as well as Equipment costing to determine departmental staffing needs and cost impact due to changes in processes or legislation.

The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position.

    Working Conditions

    Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency.

    Work in a climate-controlled office environment in a cubicle. Works under artificial lighting, with exposure to computer screens and other basic office equipment. Will be sitting and typing for long periods of time.
