This position is eligible for an office-centered hybrid telework schedule with up to two days of telework and three days or more onsite, per week.

- Providing career development assistance to CalPERS team members
- Providing support with external outreach
- Coordinating and leading CalPERS' Student Internship, Informal Mentoring, and Upward Mobility Programs
- Developing and presenting various training presentations and informational sessions
- Organizing CalPERS' Career Development Day, career development and mentoring events, and performing special project work
