Christ Panos Foods is currently seeking an
IT Support Analyst to join our expanding IT department.

This new position will play a crucial role in providing technology support and assistance while ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, software, and related hardware.

This position will report to our Sr. IT Manager.
This role is 100% in office, NOT eligible for remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Provide front-line assistance to end-users, helping them resolve various issues related to hardware, software, and peripherals
Manage Service Desk tickets, assignment, and escalations
Provide technical advice and recommendations to end users
Perform equipment moves/replacements for endpoints and related equip
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Manage end user Onboarding/Offboarding processes and training
Collaborate with technology vendors for specific hardware/software support
Track hardware assets and software licenses
Assist with developing and maintaining IT documentation
Configure/manage user permissions for various applications (Active Directory, ERP, MDM, etc)
Support Microsoft Office products and assist with management of Office365
Assist with management of Cyber Security training and related initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
IT Certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a plus but not required
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Position hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM and require some after-hours support during weeknights/weekends
