  • Job Description
  • Ensure accuracy of titles in inventory, resolving ownership and other issues and processing corrections through appropriate jurisdictions as necessary. Take appropriate actions to ensure that titles are inhouse within timeliness metric and are available at vehicle sale. Exercise sound judgment to control expenses while maintaining quality and accuracy. Understand Wheels commitment to responsiveness and quality and conduct all business actions under these expectations.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand how your daily work efforts contribute to the team and KPIs/SLAs
  • Participate at morning huddle to work as a team to realign priorities depending on client need.
  • Manage billing, expensing, charging adhoc fees and appropriately identifying when to expense or billback based on client or transaction type
  • Diligently work client requests by completing them within in expected timeframes and keeping estimated completion revised as needed. Maintain a 90% of completing requests to original ECD. With a zero% past ECD.
  • Correspond with internal people, drivers and clients in a professional regard always.
  • Investigate titles not "inhouse" by contacting jurisdiction, dealers, and/or drivers to ensure timeliness metric of less than 10% of titles outstanding over 6 months is maintained.
  • Submit appropriate paperwork to correct title discrepancies and ownership issues.
  • Resolve issues preventing title issuance, e.g. signatory issues, improper documentation, possible skipped title, etc. using contact network, title bonds, etc. Escalate issues to manager and account teams as appropriate.
  • Process title and registration amendments as requested for lessee name changes.
  • Use available resources including title aging reports in Tableau, Title Inventory system, and Title Maintenance System, to maintain title inventory within metrics for timeliness and availability at sale and to document transaction status.
  • Escalate to manager potential events that would result in missing metrics.
  • Maintain data in appropriate systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years office experience
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Employee is required to get around to various parts of the building multiple times daily including upstairs, speak, hear, and see, and use hands and fingers for computer keyboard and phone.
