Your Responsibilities

  • Qualified support for our existing customers
  • 1st and 2nd level support in the desktop and server environment
  • Execution of service assignments remotely and on-site
  • Configuration and installation of PCs, servers, and peripherals
  • Installation of standard applications
  • Instruction and training of users
  • Maintenance and recording of customer data in the CRM system

Your Profile

  • A completed technical education in the IT field
  • Excellent knowledge in the area of workplace systems (PCs, mobile devices
