Project Services Specialist


In the role of Project Services Specialist you will be on your own initiative and with limited supervision, performing advanced/complex duties and/or specialized functions in support of creative services projects and activities.

The key responsibility is to serve as a link between Creative Services and Marketing (or other internal clients) to drive multiple creative projects to completion: on time, on budget and on specification.


As a Project Services Specialist, you will:

  • Provide project management to Creative Services and Digital Marketing team members by coordinating their activities to meet the project objectives.
  • Collaborate with other Project Services Specialists in recommending creative and digital team assignments based on scheduling and workloads.
  • Manage multiple projects, including facilitation of project briefs and project kickoff meetings, scope of work, facilitating approvals, managing expectations and timelines.
  • Manage relationships with individual project requestors, including timely flow of information within the project team and to/from the requestor.
  • Document the progress of each project and conduct postproject analysis with individual project requestors as needed

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2 years of related experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of print and digital creative and production processes is required. Excellent written and verbal communicator including ability to facilitate meetings; capable of creating clear, simple written explanations of processes and recommendations. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and capable of dealing with different personalities in a variety of situations; exceptional followthrough skills; detail oriented. Ability to identify improvement opportunities in processes and procedures, generating ideas, and implementing solutions. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, project management software and virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx. Experience with project management software such as Adobe Workfront preferred. Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or with a team and with mínimal supervision (independent thinker and problem solver). Accuracy, attention to detail, focus on solutions, exceptional customer service and creative thinking are significant aspects of this position
