About the Position:

Customer Service Specialist

The qualified Customer Service Specialist must have a high level of creative thinking; an excellent customer service attitude; strong Microsoft Office skills and must be dependable and adaptable.

_Primary Responsibilities:
_

• Data entry
• Enter customer orders, product details and notes into our contact management software.
• Generate, process, and customize internal and external reports.
• Working closely with warehouse personnel to coordinate shipments.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to determine customer needs.

_Requirements:
_

Self-directed, highly motivated individual with:

• Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments on a timely basis.
• Extremely strong organizational skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A commitment to project completion, success and passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

_Education/Experience:
_

• Minimum five years' experience in Customer Service

Salary commensurate with experience.
