Join us as an Inbound Trader Service Specialist and become the go-to expert for brokerage clients dealing with equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives.

    Please note: This position is scheduled to start on July 29th, 2024, and does not support full-time remote work.

    Requirements

    Essential qualifications:

    • Series 7 and 63 licenses required or obtainable as part of the role
    • 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, or Brokerage Services

    Desired qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Prior or current contact center background
    • Experience in customer service, client support, and problem-solving
    • Proven analytical skills for risk management and trading accuracy
    • Familiarity with securities industry and expertise in options and equities
