    Description

    The Kowalis family opened the doors of its first dealership in the 1970's and so began their mission to make the car shopping process easier. From the Service Department to the Showroom, the Kowalis family simplified every process and created a high-end customer experience.

    Today, Kowalis Auto Group is still owned and operated by the Kowalis family and 100 percent customer satisfaction is still a #1 priority.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide outstanding customer service to Boutique and Parts customers
    • Processing point of sale purchases for Boutique and Parts customers
    • Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
    • Maintain a friendly, professional behavior and conduct at all times with customers
    • Provide knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise
    • Receipt parts and boutique items as well as some service and sales payments
    • Assist in product display
    • Increase Boutique sales
    • Periodically visit sister stores to check inventory
    • Occasionally relieve or fill in for Service Cashiers
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
    • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
    • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
    • Prior Cashiering/Customer Service experience preferred
    Hours
    • Full-Time Position 7:30am - 4:00pm
    Salary $35,000
