Customer Service Representative for Lubricants (m/f/d), Full-time

Location:
Hamburg

Your Responsibilities

Active customer support and telephone sales, as well as comprehensive technical advice on the use and application of our products (especially Lubes Automotive and Industrial products)
Independent calculation and preparation of offers for mineral oil dealers
Management of complex and strategic accounts in the large customer segment
Order processing using computer systems
Creation of customerspecific price lists in cooperation with the Lubes sales coordination
Maintenance of contracts and prices, as well as setting up new customers in the ERP system
Independent reactivation and acquisition of mineral oil dealers
Ensuring economically viable credit and insurance applications
Monitoring of receivables and conducting telephone reminders for mineral oil dealers
Gathering regional market information for analysis of competition behavior and as a basis for pricing
Handling customer complaints
Visiting selected customers with the field sales team
