We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) in Telecommunications (preferably career changers) in Hillside, IL:

We offer:

  • Hourly wage starting at 16 € + allowances according to collective agreement

Your responsibilities include:

  • Telephone consultation with customers regarding contractual and technical inquiries
  • Order processing and data maintenance
  • Individual offer creation
  • Cross and upselling from the product portfolio
  • Documentation of all customer inquiries and processes
  • Responding to emails

The following qualities are desirable for this position:

  • Enjoyment in advising and passion for communication
  • Preferably (but not required) a completed commercial or technical education
  • Ideally, knowledge of telecommunications services and techniques
  • Good technical understanding
  • Solution and serviceoriented work style
  • Willingness to work in shifts (two shifts, no night shifts)
  • Very good knowledge of German
