- You have successfully completed your education and ideally have 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer support and ticket management
- You are ITsavvy, have good analytical skills, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new software and tasks
- You find it exciting to support customers from various companies and industries in using our product to its fullest potential
- Problemsolving is your strength you approach things proactively and with a solutionoriented mindset
- Your expression and communication skills are reflected in your confident writing style
- You have excellent German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken
- You have a home office in Germany and a quiet workspace separated from the rest of your living space
