Your tasks

  • Setting up, operating and monitoring machines, peripheral and additional automation systems including documentation
  • Monitoring production and processes according to specifications
  • Conducting initial and final inspections according to specifications
  • Identifying problems or malfunctions and taking corrective measures
  • Checking machine and toolspecific setting parameters and monitoring devices
  • Assisting with the introduction of new tools, transfer or tooling units
  • Entering and changing machine setting/tool parameters
  • Collaboration with toolmaking and maintenance departments
  • Conducting optimizations and improvements, root cause analysis
