As a Golf Data Specialist at On, you will play a crucial role in improving and maintaining the quality and effectiveness of our customer service data.

This position involves analyzing business needs, creating data models, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Your main objective will be to refine and update our customer service data, ensuring its accuracy and seamless integration with our systems.

Your work will be essential in enabling our Happiness Delivery (HD) support and leadership teams to make informed decisions and enhance customer support through the data products you develop and manage.


Your Mission:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to update and enhance our customer service data.
  • Utilize data modeling techniques and work closely with the central data platform team to maintain data integrity and adhere to best practices.
  • Understand and translate departmental data requirements into practical solutions, acting as a liaison between the data team and other departments.
  • Independently manage data projects from start to finish, aligning them with enduser needs and organizational goals.
  • Gather, organize, and document data requirements with precision and clarity.
  • Utilize your expertise in SQL for advanced data modeling tasks, using our technology stack (DBT, MonteCarlo, Hex, BigQuery, Looker, GitHub).
