With our team of around 600 employees, we manage a total of apartments for all age groups at fair prices.

We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Asset Accountant (m/w/d) to join our team, starting as soon as possible.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Ongoing asset accounting for real estate assets and preparation of asset statements
  • Point of contact for the accounting implementation of real estate projects
  • Processing inquiries, creating evaluations and statistics
  • Participation in the valuation of assets according to IFRS
  • Participation in the group financial statements
  • Point of contact for auditors
  • Participation in project and working groups

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk
