Description

For our assisted living support (ambulatory assisted living), we are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. (Part-time, approximately 15 to 30 hours per week)

Your responsibilities:

• Support for people with disabilities in living independently

• Counseling and guidance for self-determined life planning of the assisted individuals

• Self-organization while considering the wishes of the assisted individuals

• Crisis intervention and prevention

• Creating development reports

• Collaboration with legal guardians, family members, doctors, therapists, and all other stakeholders in daily life

• Enabling inclusion

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree in Social Pedagogy

• Teamwork and commitment

• Preferably experience in working with adults with disabilities

• Driver's license class B and use of a private car
